How to Add Contacts Quickly (with Quick Contact)

 

The quick contact feature lets you enter all details in one text field instead of hunting for individual form fields.

Accessing Quick Contact
  1. Click the Plus button
  2. Select New Contact
  3. Choose "Quick Contact" at the top of the window
How Quick Contact Works

Instead of filling out individual fields, you can enter all information naturally in one large text box:

  • Customer name
  • Property address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Service notes (like "needs immediate assistance, major leak in garage")
Example Entry Format

You can type information in natural language:

"Jane Smith, 123 Main Street, (555) 123-4567, jane@email.com, needs immediate assistance, major leak in garage"

The AI automatically distributes each piece of information to the appropriate field in the contact record.

Saving and Verification
  1. Click "Save Contact" after entering your information
  2. Review the contact record to ensure all details were captured correctly
  3. Check that notes were preserved for important service details
