How to See All Your Messages in Comments History

The comments history page provides a centralized view of all comments where you've been tagged, making it easy to track project communications across all jobs.

Accessing Comments History

Click Comments in the main navigation bar to view your personalized comments feed.

What Comments History Shows

The history page displays:

All comments where you've been tagged
When each comment was posted
Who tagged you in the comment
Which contact or job the comment relates to

This gives you a comprehensive overview of all project communications requiring your attention.

Viewing Full Comment Threads

To see the complete conversation:

Click on any comment in your history
The system automatically opens the full comment thread for that job
Add your response directly within the thread

This seamless navigation lets you jump from your overview directly into active project discussions.

Filtering by Time Period

You can adjust what time period to display:

Past 7 days (default setting)
Past 30 days for broader history
Today only for current activity
Custom date range for specific periods
Click Update to apply your filter selection
