How to See (and Use) Recent Account Activity
The Activity area provides a comprehensive view of all important work happening at your company, showing who did what and when across all projects.
Accessing the Activity Area
Click on Activity in the navigation menu to view the activity feed.
What the Activity Area Shows
The Activity Area displays all important steps that have happened for your projects, including:
- Which person at your company did the work
- Which contact or customer the work was for
- What exactly was done (estimates created, production scheduled, etc.)
Time Period Filtering
You can view activity for different time periods:
- Today - see what's happened in the current day
- This week - view the past seven days of activity
- Any date range - select custom date periods
Filtering by User
To see what specific team members have been working on:
- Filter by user to see one person's activity
- View their completed tasks for the selected time period
- Clear the user filter to see all team activity again
Filtering by Activity Type
You can filter by the type of work performed:
- Production scheduled - see all projects that had production work scheduled
- Other activity types - multiple options available in the filter menu This helps you focus on specific types of business activities across all projects.
Interactive Features
The Activity Area is fully interactive:
- Click on any estimate to open that project
- Click on any contact to view customer details
- Access linked items directly from the activity feed
