Accessing Comment Templates
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Communications
  3. Select Comment Templates

Add New Text - create additional comment templates that will appear in your list

Edit - update the text of existing templates to keep them current

Delete - remove templates you no longer need

Drag to Reorder - arrange templates by frequency of use, with most-used templates at the top
