How to Update Product Prices

 

Roof Chief makes it quick and easy to update pricing for multiple products at once, helping you keep your catalog current with supplier changes.

Accessing Product Pricing
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Products
  3. Select Product Catalog
  4. View your list of folders containing catalog items
Selecting Products to Update
  1. Choose a folder (like shingles) that contains products needing price updates
  2. Click on the folder to select it (checkmark appears)
  3. Click Edit to open the product list
Updating Prices

The edit view displays all products in the selected folder with their current pricing:

  1. Click in any price field that needs updating
  2. Type the new price directly in the field
  3. Move to the next field to continue updating
Automatic Saving

There's no save button required on this page. The system automatically saves your changes:

  • Updated symbol appears near the product name when you make changes
  • Text acceptance is confirmed visually
  • Changes are preserved immediately
