🚀 New Features & Major Enhancements

QuickBooks Online: Smarter Sync, Cost Tracking & Live Project Status

Significant updates to the QuickBooks Online integration to give you more control, better visibility, and more complete project financial tracking.

  • Four new sync groups — Contacts & Projects, Revenue, Costs, and End-of-Project — each with the ability to switch between Manual and Automatic syncing.
  • Project expenses now sync to QuickBooks, including material orders, labor, and standalone costs, with per-category control over how they appear in your books.
  • New QuickBooks Online badge on every project header so you can see live sync status at a glance.
  • One-click actions to sync a project now or jump directly into QuickBooks.
  • Per-project sync activity feed, giving you a full history of everything synced to QuickBooks with statuses, timestamps, and one-click retry on failures
  • End-of-Project closeout sync, which automatically runs a full project sweep when a job is completed so every invoice, payment, and cost is tied out.


Financial Management & Payments

  • Enabled partial payments through the digital payment portal, making it easier to collect deposits, progress payments, and final balances throughout the lifecycle of a project.
  • Continued improvements to invoice and payment workflows provide greater flexibility and reliability when collecting payments.

Proposal & Sales Improvements

  • Additional support for downloadable and printable documents & agreements.
  • Introduced multi-package selection capabilities to give you more flexibility in how you lay out options to your homeowner in proposals.
  • Enhanced proposal presentation by displaying discounts throughout package cards before package selection.
  • Company and job title signature fields now available in proposals for commercial agreements.
  • Enhanced measurement imports from non-integrated measurement providers with drag-and-drop pre-fill PDF functionality.
  • Expanded support for custom measurement calculations and conditional logic.

Calendar & Scheduling

  • Historical calendar events now display directly within project records, providing better visibility into project activity.
  • Improved event rescheduling workflows, including saving historic time and date details.
  • Enhanced Outlook calendar synchronization.

Campaigns & Automation

  • Additional smart fields into campaign messages for greater automation flexibility.
  • Expanded campaign and workflow notification functionality.
  • Alert and notification clickable links take users directly to the relevant record or activity.

Contact & Lead Management

  • Expanded consent tracking capabilities.
  • Additional support for multiple phone numbers on contact records upon creation.
  • Expanded address validation workflows with override options when needed.

Mobile Experience

  • Added the ability to choose between Apple Maps and Google Maps for navigation directly from the mobile app.
  • Enhanced UI interaction to reduce unintended modal closing.

Workflow Improvements

We've also made dozens of smaller improvements throughout the platform to streamline everyday tasks, improve usability, and reduce clicks across estimating, invoicing, scheduling, and project management workflows.

Many of these enhancements came directly from customer feedback and are designed to help your team work more efficiently in the field and the office.
