Roof Chief, Inc. – Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Overview
The Roof Chief Referral Program allows individuals to earn rewards by referring new customers to Roof Chief. Participation is subject to the terms below.
2. Key Definitions
Roof Chief Products and Services: All products and services Roof Chief offers on its website.
Roof Chief Site: www.roofchief.com and any related subdomains.
Confidential Information: Any private business information shared between parties, including trade secrets, customer lists, and product plans.
License: A paid software subscription for Roof Chief’s platform.
Referral Rewards: A $250 electronic Visa gift card.
Referred Customer: A new customer who meets all program conditions.
Sales Process: Any active engagement Roof Chief has with potential customers.

3. How the Program Works
To qualify for a reward, the referred customer must:
1) Be submitted through the Referral Program Lead Form (https://share.hsforms.com/2_SjuPtjATKSA6lMY9UG71Qt5cuv).
2) Be a new customer (not a past or current Roof Chief customer).
3) Not be involved in Roof Chief’s Sales Process within the last 30 days.
4) Not be part of another discount or incentive program.
5) Attend a demo within 30 days of referral and purchase a Roof Chief product within 30 days after the demo.
6) Pay for at least three months of service.
7) Not be a self-referral (i.e., the referrer’s own business or employer).
4. Program Rules
No Obligation: Roof Chief may refuse to sell to any referred customer at its discretion.
Program Administration: Roof Chief manages the program and may exclude participants engaging in fraud or manipulation, at its own discretion.
Earning Rewards: Rewards are earned after the referred customer makes three monthly payments or 30 days after an annual subscription payment.
Reward Distribution: Rewards are sent via email within 31 days after the month they were earned.
Billing & Payments: Roof Chief handles customer billing and reward calculations. Roof Chief will not be required to provide any information to the Referred Customer to support of any such calculation.
5. Legal Terms
Participation Warranties: By participating, you confirm you have the authority to do so and that participation does not violate any agreements.
Indemnification: You agree to cover any legal claims related to your participation, including tax issues or disputes.
No Guarantees: Roof Chief does not guarantee specific results or performance from its products and services.
Limited Liability: Roof Chief is not responsible for indirect damages and its total liability is limited to the value of the earned reward.
6. Program Termination
Roof Chief may end the program at any time without penalty.
Rewards earned before termination will still be paid.
7. Compliance & Dispute Resolution
FTC Compliance: If sharing about Roof Chief on social media, you must disclose your referral relationship with Roof Chief.
Legal Disputes: Any disputes will be handled in Cook County, Illinois courts.
Governing Law: The program follows Illinois state law.
8. Other Important Terms
No Assignment: You cannot transfer or assign your rights in this program without Roof Chief’s permission.
Amendments: Roof Chief can update these terms at any time, with changes applying only to future referrals.
Independent Relationship: Participation does not create an employment or partnership relationship.
Entire Agreement: These terms replace any previous agreements about the referral program.
