We’ve boiled down the top-5 ways to find the best talent for your roofing business:   1. Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and seminars to meet other professionals in the roofing industry. This can be a great way to connect with potential subcontractors or crew members. 2. Job boards: Post job listings on industry-specific job boards, such as Roofing Jobs, Roofing Contractor, and Roofing Jobs USA. You can also post on more general job boards like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn. 3. Referrals: Ask other roofing business owners, suppliers, or vendors if they know of any qualified subcontractors or crew members. Word of mouth can be a powerful tool for finding reliable workers. 4. Social media: Utilize social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to post job openings and connect with potential hires. You can also join industry-specific groups and forums to network with other professionals. 5. Trade schools: Consider partnering with trade schools or vocational programs to find entry-level workers who are interested in learning the roofing trade. Remember to thoroughly vet all potential hires and conduct background checks to ensure they have the necessary skills and experience to complete the job safely and efficiently. ### Like what you're reading?
